The boys and girls Track & Field teams had a spirited competition with Concord last night. While the girls dropped to 1-1 with a 45.3-86.6 defeat, the boys improved to 2-0 with an 85-47 victory. Winners for the girls included Alaina Dibley in the 1600, Ashlyn Anderson in the 3200, Shaniyah Hughes in the High Jump, Kyla Albright in the Pole Vault, and Eva Decker in the Discus. Winners on the boys team included: the 4 x 800 Relay of Denis Kale, Franciso Rosales, Max Malloy, and Aaron Richter, Nick Edwards in the HH, Max Malloy in the 800, 1600, and 3200, the 4 x 100 relay of Zach Anderson, Chris Williams, Aalias Leonard, and Darreon Newson, Cade Tyrakowski in the IH, Trinton Harris in the high jump, Michael Gaff in the pole vault, Aalias Leonard in the long jump, and Rae'Kwon Lemon in the shot put. The teams will resume competition, after a well deserved spring break, on Tuesday, 4/11, when they host South Bend Riley.
