In the home opener for the softball team, Ava Walker stroked a 2 run homer with 2 outs in the 5th to make the score 14-4 and end the game due to 10 run rule. The girls overcame a 4-1 deficit with 9 runs in the 3rd to take control of the game. Anna Knight earned the pitching victory and Laci Stimac the save.
