The boys earned their first NIC win of the season in dramatic fashion on Friday night, defeating Adams 61-57 in OT. The Lions overcame a 9 point halftime deficit, to tie it a the end of 3 at 39. The game remained close throughout the 4th quarter, ending with a 50-50 tie. Key buckets from Samarcus Gipson, Will Cochrane and Keaton Anderson in OT spearheaded the win. The Lions were led in scoring by Anderson with 22 and Frankie Willis with 12. We play at class 3A #1 ranked St. Joe this Friday night and host class 4A #7 ranked Warsaw on Saturday. Go Lions!
