Congratulations to the Elkhart Lions Gymnastics team for placing second at the annual Holiday Invitational with a team score of 106.550, what a great start to the season! Individual top 5 winners: Vault - Maryiah Valentine tied for 2nd and Maya Betancourt placed 5th. Bars - Regan Iannarelli placed 2nd and Maya Betancourt tied for 5th. Beam - Maya Betancourt placed 2nd, Aubrie Fruth placed 3rd and Regan Iannarelli placed 5th. Floor - Maya Betancourt placed 1st and Aubrie Fruth tied for 4th. All Around - Maya Betancourt placed 2nd and Regan Iannarelli placed 5th. Next, the Lions travel to Valparaiso High School for the pairs meet on Saturday, January 11 starting at noon.
