The girls basketball team extended their winning streak by defeating the Goshen Redhawks 52 –24 to even their season record at 6 wins and 6 losses. The Lions next game is at the PSM Holiday Shootout at Trine University on Saturday Dec.21 against West Noble at 2:00 PM. The game originally scheduled for this Friday at St. Joe has been postponed to Tuesday, 1/28/25, due to the Notre Dame College Football Playoff game in South Bend this Friday. Leading scorers against Goshen for the Lions were: Danica Barnes 15 points Trenyce Harris 12 points Shaniyah Stout 9 points The girls Varsity and JV return home on 1/4/25 to host Marian, Riley, and Adams in a Holiday tourney in both gyms on the main campus. The JV plays at 9 AM and 12:15 PM. The Varsity plays at 10:30 AM and 1:45 PM.
