The girls basketball team fell short in front of packed home crowd against the Fairfield Falcons (40 - 39) on the road. In their season opener, The Lions led the vast majority of the game, but couldn’t capitalize and pull away down the stretch. The Lions showed lots of promising things for the season and will be back on the road this Saturday, November 9 at Fort Wayne Northrop with the JV game starting at noon.
