The boys advanced in many events but could not three peat as Sectional champions last Thursday. All three relay teams advanced to Regional, with the 4 x 800 and the 4 x 100 winning. Max Malloy and Austin Richter advanced in both the 1600 and 3200, Trenton Bias and Connor Thomas advanced in the discus, Trinton Harris won the long jump and advanced in the High Jump, too. Other outstanding performances but not advancing to Regional included Cade Tyrakowsi, who placed 5th in the Intermediate hurdles in a career best and Michael Bond in the 400, who placed 7th with a career best. The Lions compete at Goshen again next Thursday as we compete for a Regional championship.
