The girls earned their 7th win in a row in an 11-2 sectional semifinal win over Goshen on Wednesday night. It was a 4 - 2 game entering the bottom of the 5th, when the Lions plated 5 to seal the deal. Laci Stimac pitched a complete game and offensive leaders were: Hits: Stimac - 2, Fionna Topolski- 2, Ava Walker - 2, Denea’Ja Jackson - 2 3B: Walker 2B: Topolski, Jackson RBI: Walker - 3, Topolski - 2, Gabby Wagner - 2 Runs: Jackson - 3, Topolski - 2, Lili Escobedo The girls play in the sectional championship this Friday at 6 PM against the Penn Kingsmen. The game will be at D-Bats Fields on the campus of Northridge HS.
