The Lions earned a very hard fought victory in a 1-0 win over SB St. Joseph on Wednesday night. The Lions' Natalie Smith walked in the 3rd, went 1st to 3rd on a sac bunt by Fionna Topolski, and then scored on a wild pitch for the lone run of the game. The winning pitcher was Laci Stimac; 7 IP, 4 H, 4 K, 1 BB Elkhart is now 12-8 (8-3 NIC) and hosts LaPorte on Thursday night.
