The boys jumped out to a 4-1 lead after one inning and never looked back in a 9-2 non conference win over the DeKalb Barons. Brennon Whickar earned the pitching victory and Brady Kelly pitched 2.1 inning of shutout relief. Offensively, Brodey Weaver had 3 RBI's, Cooper Schoetzow had 4 hits and 2 RBI's, and Brennon Whickar added 2 RBI's. The Lions host Michigan City on Friday night.
