The girls basketball team defeated South Bend John Adams (46-36) Friday evening. The Lions got off to a hot start by holding the Eagles to just one point with their stellar defense pressure in the first quarter. But in a competitive NIC match-up, the Lions were able to hold off the Eagles from a second half run.
